CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness for both our artists and guests, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service at the stylist’s discretion. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best experience possible at Mane Kharacter!
